"Thank you very much for all your staff was very helpful and friendly. Scott was great dealing with everything and we had a good time doing that. Andy made the paper work go easy and explained the extra warranty ( which I did get) and we had fun doing that. Janette was the bomb she made sure everything went smooth as possible. From making sure everything was all set on the bike and walking thru the security system on the bike, and just making sure I was happy. Also Jake came out and helped out with explaining the security system this made it easier. Again I just wanted say thanks to all that were more than helpful and this purchase."

"Just wanted you to know that I've been dealing with Tim and the parts staff for many years and have always had a great experience. I don't deal with Tim as much as I did in years past due to the fact that he's usually busy with management issues, but he's always been great to deal with. I'd like to offer great praise to another parts staff member named Brian. Brian has always been extremely helpful to me every time I see him. He goes above and beyond to get the right answers to any part application questions I may have. He's researched old catalogs, cross-referenced different year parts books and made phone calls, all to get the right answers to my questions. All the while never implying that I was being a pain in the ass (which i probably am) or rushing me out the door. "I just purchased a used 2009 FLHTP from manchester Harley. I originally went to a different dealer in Massachusetts because they are under new ownership. I was unable to get an exact price on a new bike or a used bike so I left and looked online at manchester. Manchester hd had the prices online so I decided to drive up and browse. I haven't ridden in 6 years since an accident and was in between new or used. I dealt with Chris L, Scott and Peter. I explained up front if the numbers on a new bike weren't comfortable for me I wasn't buying new. Chris took the time to explain the differences between road glides and street glides. I liked the fairing closer and chose I street glide. Scott ran the numbers with all the stuff I wanted to add and it was just bit too high so I told them I didn't want to do the deal. They never tried to force me or persuade me into it. I then asked if they had any used street glides. There were none on the floor so Chris L Scott and myself walked out back to see what may have just come in on trade. Well, there it was a 2009 flhtp in black. Already had a touring seat, chrome hand controls, aftermarket stereo and I really nice price. I bought the bike and was thrilled! We were there after closing time and they never rushed me or pushed me in a direction I didn't want to go. We put together a parts list Chris was a big help on that and now I'm just waiting on service to slap em on! I will and have already recommended manchester hd to friends! There's no BS happening at this dealership, they shoot straight. "

"I just wanted to give props to your Service Department. I bought my 2007 Wide Glide from another Harley Dealer in southern N.H.. I will not mention the dealer, but after the sale, they were not the best at "Service after the sale". Especially their service dept.. I recently went back to Manchester where i bought my first Harley! A 2005 Sportster. I bought my Wide Glide from the other place because they were close and talked a good game, but in the end, didn't back it up, so being frustrated, I went back to Manchester, and the Manager brought me right up to service, introduced me to Matt and Ken. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! They really listened to what I had to say, and I felt great knowing that they were gonna fix my bike right and made sure I was satisfied. Since then, I know that when I bring my bike to Manchester Harley, there is no doubt in my mind that the job is being done right and I know I am in good hands! Again, thanks Matt and Ken, You 2 guys Make Manchester Harley the leader in N.H. dealers! You guys are the greatest! "I would like to give a very big thank you to Matt, Ken and Steve Becker for the oustanding job of getting me and my 07 heritage back on the raod. I was on my way to Laconia when electrical issue shut the bike down. Even though it was bike week and service was very busy my bike looked at very quickly. One the problem was diagnosed it became an issue with finding replacemanet parts. Thanks to some quick thinking and obvious skills the parts issues was resolved. The care and concern for my situation shown by these individules was impressive. I believe they went above and beyind to help me. "Two thumbs up to Matt and the Service Department...this was my first experience with Service and I have to say it was great. I was having an issue with loss of my Throttle on my 2008 Street Glide. Matt was very knowledgeable when I asked him what it could be. He took the time to explain to me what it may be and gave me an idea as to what the cost would be. I contacted him on a Friday and although they would not be able to look at it until Monday he arranged for me to bring it in on a Saturday on my day off. One of my concerns was I was planning on attending Americade on that Thursday and needed the bike back in time. He assured me that they would diagnose the problem on Monday and would for sure have it back to me in time for Americade and would try to have it back to me on Tuesday. When I called around two other dealerships they would not even take the time to give me any idea as to what the problem may be (this surprised me because when I did my research there were many owners with the same problem with the 2008 street glide) they (the other dealerships) said I would have to bring it in and they would hook it up to the computer and diagnose the problem for a charge of $99.00. Manchester Harley not only gave me an idea what the problem could be but did not charge me to diagnose the problem. Monday as promised they contacted me to let me know what the problem was and had the bike back to me by Tuesday. They even washed the bike. Two thumbs up for great customer service in the service department and for having my bike back to me as promised for Americade. Thanks again Matt and the Service Department for a great first experience. "

"AFTER BUYING A NEW 2011 ULTRA FROM P.J. IN JULY 2011, WE WERE GETTING READY TO STORE OUR BIKE FOR THE WINTER AND REALIZED THAT OUR BIKE NEVER CAME WITH A PIGTAIL FOR OUR BATTERY TENDER. "I came to this dealership from Texas to purchase a custom Dirico bike for my husband for his 60th birthday. The whole process has exceeded my dreams. "In 2007 I bought a brand new roadglide at MHD.The sales dept was great and a pleasure to deal with. Had great time with service since I bought bike.Very pleasant and respectful all the time.Then in 2010 with approx.33k miles on bike the main output shaft bearing failed.I called corporate to see if they would help out even though it was out of warranty. I didn't feel this should of happened cause I dont beat on my bike.Well after MHD talked to them they still wouldn't help with anything. But MHD stood up to the plate and told me they would fix it on their dime.I was shocked that they would go that far to please a customer. Well I was so appreciative I bought $1400 in accesories and had it dynoed. Thank You MHD I have sent several friends there and they bought bikes.I will do all my business at MHD. "I have never had a more positive experience anywhere than I did at Manchester Harley-Davidson. For several years, I've been in the market for a true touring motorcycle. To be honest, I never gave Harley Davidson much consideration as a touring platform as I prefer a motorcycle with a fixed fairing vs something bolted onto the handlebars or front forks. For this reason, I was considering pulling the trigger on a Honda Goldwing as it had the "least downsides" of all the touring platforms that I've looked at over the last several years. Had the local Honda dealership not completely ignored me on two separate occasions, I may of been on one right now. However, on a whim, my wife and I stopped by Manchester during their open house after seeing the Ultra Road Glide on the Internet. We were greeted by John Kimball, as we were examining the Road Glide motorcycle. John was very helpful, patiently answered my questions, and explained the features of the motorcycle. He arranged for a test ride for my wife and I, and after some discussion, the decision was made to own one. John was never pushy, never salesy, he really did allow the motorcycle to "sell itself", which it did easily. Once we decided to buy, John took care of all the rest. It was a very busy day for Manchester that day because of the Open House, so things took longer than expected, but throughout the day, John would continually find us wherever we were, and kept us apprised of the progress. Even after the sale, John gave us a follow up call and assured us that we could contact him for any questions or concerns. The quality of the Harley Davidson motorcycle simply does not compare to anything that I've owned in the past. The fit and finish is absolutely spectacular. I purchased several bolt-on accessories and the installation of these accessories just plain worked. Everything is simple and straightforward, from all the holes lining up to where they should be, all the way to conveniently located and well thought out connectors for powered accessories. The engineering thought and design that went into the motorcycle certainly shows. However, if I were to have one criticism, it would be that I felt that the accessories purchased with the motorcycle should of been installed. At that, I enjoy "wrenching my own" so this is but a minor issue. The bottom line? A top quality, no compromise, well built motorcycle, offering everything that a true touring platform should without having to spend thousands in "options", sold and supported by a dealership with a "customer first" attitude, which is something that seems to be less and less common in the retail industry today. Brilliant. "

"Rarely have I ever spent the time to complete a survey, but rarely am I ever this impressed. I was referred to Matt Marcoux by Jesse Gendron, a technician at your shop. I am a licensed insurance agent and have experience in professional sales. Going into the store I was expecting a level of service comparable to purchasing tires for my truck. I was quickly corrected as Mr. Marcoux had professional attire and made me very comfortable. I was shocked to learn that Matt was a new sales person to Manchester Harley. Matt and his manager Mr. Brooks both acted very professional and made me feel as if I was purchasing a new Bentley and not a used Sportster. "Found Saleman to be very knowledgable of his product and went out of his way to answer questions. (Harold)! From pullin' parts of to have painted to trying to decide on an exhaust system that complimented the modifications. If your in the market for a new ride or looking for a pre-owned, trust me when I say head right to Manchester H-D. When you hear other dealers advertise their sale volume, trust me their full of it. "I hope this gets to Management. I have always been very pleased with the high degree of customer attention, like knowing your name and overall politeness. Chris & Mark in sales, the service folks and the knowledge and experience especially those in the parts dept e.g. Brian, John and John Smith. Recently I had a minor issue with my ride that would have prevented me from taking it out on the warmest weekend at the begining of the 2010 season. I called eight dealers for a part, no one had the part. I called Brian Blanchette in parts and asked if he could help me out. He didn't have it either but he looked up who did. I called them to confirm that they did have it before driving 100 miles, they said they had only one. I got it and this weekend has been saved, hats off to Brian!!! "

"To the owner of Manchester Harley your service dept. saved me on saturday 6/20. My clutch cable snapped on Elm st. in Manchester sat. morning. I called H.O.G. and told them to call you cause i was only 6 miles from you. Well they didn't they called some towing company that was going to take 45 minutes to get to me. I then called your service dept. and talked to Roger who said they have'nt called yet and Roger said that you guys would come and get me which you did in about 10 min.So I called H.O.G. back and cancelled the tow truck. Your staff was so nice to my wife and I and we were back on the road in an hour and a half.With a new clutch cable and a clean bike especially after all the rain. Thanks again sir and a special thanks to Roger, Sean, Craig (tech). And the guy who came and got me.( sorry never got his name). We made it home safe and sound. "After not riding for over 8 years I figured it was time to get back in the "saddle" so to speak. I was not sure what model to get back on but Harold took the time and made me realize a fat boy belongs back on a fatboy! 2008 left over 105th ann. is what I decided on. Harold and Scott took their time and realized my schedule was nuts. They didnít pressure me at all. That let me come in and out and change my mind over and over again. After spending several years dedicated to that Harley dealer in MA., I have to say for years I was making a mistake. MHD is where my loyalty will be now. "I had an issue with a fuel gauge I bought at MHD through one of your vendors. I called the vendor directly since the part was malfunctioning and still under warranty. It was an intermittent trouble so they gave me the run around. I spoke with Tim, Parts Manager, at MHD and he contacted his vendor rep. I received the replacement part to me in 4 days and back on the road where a Harley belongs! Thanks Tim...You guys really came through!!!"

"At 57, I finally got the Harley I've wanted all my life. My son and I are visiting all of the HD Dealers we can find and we were both blown away yesterday with the friendliness and expertice of your sales staff. No other dealer in our travels, including a recent trip to Ohio, has allowed a customer to sit on a bike and feel it. Not only did you allow it, you encouraged it and we are both very impressed. Your sales staff was courteous and they just let us kow that they were there (not hovering over us) to answer any questions we might have. Again, this blew us away. "My wife and I stopped in to buy some rain gear, at the time you were having a 20% off sale. I had to drive an hour to get to you but it was worth the drive. "My name is David Archambault and I recently bought my first Harley from your dealership. I bought a used dyna wide glide and I am very happy with the service I got. Dave Tamagini was the sales man who helped me purchase my first Harley. I can not say enough good things about Dave, not only was he a huge help in providing information but he also remembered me and my father from months before, this impressed me very much. Dave was very helpful and worked with me to find the perfect bike for me. I am very happy that I went to MHD and the service I have received. Dave is a very good sales man and I will recommend MHD to everyone I know. I am very pleased with everything Dave and MHD has done for me in helping me get my first Harley. I leave in January 8th to ship out with the Marine Corps and Dave was very helpful in accommodating me with winter storage and having one less thing to worry about.
