"After visiting 4 other Harley dealerships throughout MA, CT and RI, I found the folks at Manchester HD to be the best around. Everyone I talked to was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the no pressure sales approach just made my day. Every other dealership I went to, except for one other, had me walking away thinking who do they think they are. "At 57, I finally got the Harley I've wanted all my life. My son and I are visiting all of the HD Dealers we can find and we were both blown away yesterday with the friendliness and expertice of your sales staff. No other dealer in our travels, including a recent trip to Ohio, has allowed a customer to sit on a bike and feel it. Not only did you allow it, you encouraged it and we are both very impressed. Your sales staff was courteous and they just let us kow that they were there (not hovering over us) to answer any questions we might have. Again, this blew us away.
My son is 18 and he will more than likely buy his first HD within the next year or two, when he graduates and gets a job, and we will buy it from Deb.

"My wife and I stopped in to buy some rain gear, at the time you were having a 20% off sale. I had to drive an hour to get to you but it was worth the drive. After we finally found the outfits we wanted, we were told the sale did not start until the next day. I felt let down, then the sales associate gave it to us at the sale price. I told the sales associate I did not want to drive home then return and really appreciated the extra effort she took to help us.
My thanks to your staff, they were great, I buy parts and acc's from you on a continual basis.

"My name is David Archambault and I recently bought my first Harley from your dealership. I bought a used dyna wide glide and I am very happy with the service I got. Dave Tamagini was the sales man who helped me purchase my first Harley. I can not say enough good things about Dave, not only was he a huge help in providing information but he also remembered me and my father from months before, this impressed me very much. Dave was very helpful and worked with me to find the perfect bike for me. I am very happy that I went to MHD and the service I have received. Dave is a very good sales man and I will recommend MHD to everyone I know. I am very pleased with everything Dave and MHD has done for me in helping me get my first Harley. I leave in January 8th to ship out with the Marine Corps and Dave was very helpful in accommodating me with winter storage and having one less thing to worry about. I can't wait to get it in April and ride it! I will take my business to MHD in the future I am very pleased with the service and the friendly-ness of the staff there that answered any questions I had.
